- DIVERSA's Nanoparticle Reagent for Precision RNA Therapy Delivery is a cornerstone in gene therapy and molecular biology. It enables efficient mRNA transfection in cells, including primary cultures and organoids. Applications for protein expression and gene function studies, among others, can be expanded for gene editing with a customized solution. These lipid nanoparticles are compatible with a wide range of cell lines, making it valuable in RNA therapeutics, precision medicine, and in vitro/in vivo gene expression studies. They are formulated in a very simple fashion avoiding the use of microfluidics and other complex infrastructure. DIVERSA’s lipid nanoparticles have a narrow size distribution, are highly biocompatible and stable, do not produce cell toxicity, and lead to high expression levels. DIVERSA’S nanoparticles for delivery of different types of oligonucleotices, as for example siRNA, miRNA, circRNA, ASOs ,and more, can be requested as a customized solution. Additionally, we can offer nanoparticles for surface-decoration with specific ligands for selective targeting under request.
