UNC9435 is a potent dual inhibitor of TYRO3 (IC50 = 3.7 nM) and MERTK (IC50 = 1.1 nM), TAM family kinases with roles in oncogenesis and innate immunity.1 Displays 46-fold selectivity over the TAM kinase AXL and 120-fold selectivity over FLT3. It inhibited colony formation in H1650 and H1975 NSCLC cell lines and inhibited efferocytosis.
