The Magnetic Rack is designed for small-scale separations using magnetic beads. The rack can hold up to eight tubes at the same time. When the tubes are placed in the rack, strong magnets positioned in the rack capture the beads in the tubes within a few seconds. This enables easy removal of the supernatant with a micropipette.
