UBE2L3 (also known as UbcH7 or E2-F1) is an E2 conjugating enzyme involved in the ubiquitylation of target substrates, along with E1 and E3 enzymes. UbcH7 has been shown to work with HECT domain E3s (E6-AP), in addition to RING containing E3s. UbcH7 is homologous to the UbcH5 family.
