- The Bovine CXCL10 (IP-10) ELISA is designed for the quantitative measurement of bovine CXCL10 in cell culture supernatants. With minor modifications to the assay procedure, this ELISA can also be used to measure CXCL10 in additional biological sample types, including serum, plasma, and tissue lysates, providing flexibility for a wide range of immunology and translational research applications. CXCL10 (Interferon Gamma-Induced Protein 10, IP-10) is a critical interferon-inducible chemokine that plays a central role in Th1-driven immune responses, mediating the recruitment and activation of T cells, NK cells, and monocytes through CXCR3 signaling. Measurement of CXCL10 is widely used to assess cell-mediated immunity, inflammatory signaling, and interferon pathway activation during infectious disease, vaccine response, autoimmune conditions, and inflammatory disorders.
