Red blood cells were lysed, and the sample was treated with 50% methanol. 1 X 10^6 cells were incubated with 0.3 µl of mouse monoclonal anti-CD20 [L26] (A500-017A lot 1) (A) or 0.1 µg mouse IgG2a isotype control (B).
